Carol Ferguson
2013 President-Elect

Carol Ferguson, Broker/Sales Manager, CRS, GRI, SRS, SFR started her Real Estate career in 2006. She has lived and volunteered in the Joplin Metro area for the past 33+ years. She is part of a “Family of REALTORS®” in which she partners with her Daughter (Shawna Lamb) and Husband (Tim Ferguson, GRI, SRS) at PRO 100, INC REALTORS®. She has been on numerous Committees and acted as Chair of the Community Involvement Committee and was the Founder of the OGAR REALTOR® Benevolence Fund. As an active member in the REALTOR® community, she has held title for the following awards: The Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS® 2011 REALTOR of the Year, 2007 Rookie of the Year, 2011 Treasurer, 2012 Vice-President and 2013 President Elect for the association. She is a Graduate of the 2011 Missouri Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and has been a State Director for the Missouri Association of REALTORS® the past 2 years.

Melissa Annis
2013 President 

Melissa Annis's corporate background in Marketing & Public Relations led her to begin her Real Estate career in 1997 as the Advertising/Public Relations Director for a local Real Estate company. After receiving her real estate license in 2001, she began her journey through the ranks of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS(R). She has been on numerous committees, acted as Chair for the Policy & Procedures Task Force, as well as chairing the MLS and Strategic Planning committees.
She has been on the OGAR Board of Directors since 2005. 
Melissa joined Keller Williams when they opened in 2006. She was the recipient of OGAR's Spirt Award in 2006 and the REALTOR(R) of the Year award in 2007. 

BIO of Past President

Debbie Barlos, GRI, SRS
2012 Board President

Debbie Barlos, Broker Salesperson, started her Real Estate career in 2001. Her prior Corporate Business Background and her College degree, has allowed her the priviledge of being a Director for the OGAR leadership team since 2006.
In the past few years she has continued adding to her Educational experience by obtaining both her GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and the SRS (Seller Residential Specialist) designations. Debbie works at Pro 100 Realtors in Joplin.

Most recently, she has participated on various board committees. 2008 brought the opportunity to serve as a Director at the state level for the Missouri Association of Realtors (MAR).
